Our client, an internationally recognized general contractor and construction management firm, is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Estimator to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is renowned for its large-scale ICI, civil, and hospital projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, factoring in materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications, identify potential cost risks, and provide detailed risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and architects throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with large-scale ICI and civil projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
