Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer/Specialist

This will be an important position in the growth roadmap supporting the design, deployment and support of mission-critical applications.
Job Title: Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer/Specialist
Job Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days Remote)
The Office is located at the boundary of Mississauga and Brampton and the job requires presence in the Office, a few days every week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the voice and end point environment. Support of Cisco and other hardware gateways
- Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions.
- Assist in software upgrades for existing Cisco voice deployments.
- Monitor network connections and installations of Cisco network operating system software.
- Configure and maintain network hardware and software.
Required Skills:
- Expert in CUCM, CUC, Finesse, Webex and UCCX
- Regular analog telephony - who can also provide guidance and work with voice specialists in the team to assist in the upgrade from CUCM 12.5 to 14.5 or 15, etc.
- Ideal candidate should have CCIE Collaboration or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience in complex enterprise Unified Communication platforms
- Expert-Level experience in Configuring and Administration of High Availability environments for Unified Communication technologies, Direct Routing, and SBCs environments.
