About the Role: As a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Alphabyte, your role is to tackle complex business challenges by designing and implementing BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will be a key problem solver, leveraging your expertise to transform data into actionable insights and effectively communicate these insights to clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Client-Facing Skills: Engage with clients to understand their business problems, providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex data challenges by developing innovative BI solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Data Analysis: Delve into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Data Visualization: Develop clear, impactful visualizations that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized, high-quality BI solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Document BI processes, solutions, and reports comprehensively, ensuring clarity for both internal and client use.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on BI tools, ensuring they can leverage the solutions effectively.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Required in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Technical Skills: Expert Level proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python), and data warehousing concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on deriving meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality BI solutions, and addressing client concerns.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
