Davidson Houle Allen LLP is a boutique law firm established in 2017.We provide a range of legal services to condominiums and share property communities throughout Eastern Ontario, including governance advice, financing and secured transactions, building deficiency and construction litigation, and managing disputes with residents.

We are currently comprised of eleven lawyers and ten support staff and are looking for an associate to join our thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have:


  • 2-5 years post-call experience practicing law;
  • A law degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
  • The ability to be self-motivated, work efficiently, and be responsible for your own file load; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Previous litigation experience will be considered an asset but is not required. Our firm offers the opportunity to develop your litigation practice through managing simple matters and assisting on complex files.
