We are a fast-growing startup based in Vancouver, Canada, and we've secured $2.5M in funding from leading investors to propel our next-generation AI-driven platform. We are experienced in this space and previously founded and sold 7Geese, a leading performance management application.


We are looking for a senior/staff-level product designer to join our early team. You will be the only designer on the team for now and must lead all things related to product design. We are at the early stages of our start-up and need a designer who can work under pressure and solve problems quickly.



Responsibilities:


  • Designing new product features and refining existing features
  • Solving complex design challenges
  • Working closely with developers and revenue teams
  • Creating final polished visual designs and specifications
  • Designing fast (quick hacks/wins) and slow (long-term projects)
  • Designing interactions with AI
  • Working in a fast-paced and chaotic start-up environment



Qualifications:


  • Senior full-stack designer (Research, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design)
  • Strong visual design skills to deliver pixel-perfect designs
  • SaaS mobile + web design experience
  • Experience using Figma
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills (we expect you to fine-tune designs after the developer has built them)
  • Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Industrial design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
