Location: Windsor, ON, CANADA

Employment: Contract to Perm

Pay Rate: CA$20/hr

The right PEOPLE will have the ability to:


  • Preparing and entering A/P invoices ensuring costs are allocated to proper G/L accounts and proper taxes are applied.
  • Allocating A/P invoices to correct jobs.
  • Issuing A/P payments via cheque and EFT
  • Monitoring vendor statements
  • Preparing and posting accounts receivable invoices in Visual software.
  • Accounts receivable collections
  • G/L reconciliations
  • Maintain good relationships with both customers and vendors.
  • Additional administrative duties as required.


Requirements


  • Visual experience an asset
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of management across various divisions and departments
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, organization, and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of support tasks.
  • Post-Secondary education in an Accounting related field of study
