Pour l'un de mes clients dans le secteur manufacturier, je recherche un consultant pour un 20h/semaine évolutif.


Description de poste :


Je suis à la recherche d'un individu polyvalent pour occuper le poste de Tech Lead / Architecte de Solutions. Ce rôle combiné offre une opportunité unique de jouer un rôle clé dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et le soutien de nos solutions technologiques tout en fournissant un leadership technique à l'équipe. Voici un aperçu des attentes pour ce poste :


Responsabilités :


  1. Leadership Technique : Vous serez le leader technique de l'équipe, fournissant une orientation et une expertise pour soutenir nos initiatives technologiques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe pour résoudre les problèmes et définir les meilleures pratiques.
  2. Architecture de Solutions : Vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'architecture des solutions technologiques, en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques du projet et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie. Vous travaillerez à la fois sur des projets existants et sur de nouvelles initiatives.
  3. Soutien Technique : Vous fournirez un soutien technique à l'équipe dans divers domaines, y compris les architectures réseaux distribués, la virtualisation, l'infonuagique et la sécurité. Vous serez le point de référence pour les questions techniques et les défis rencontrés par l'équipe.
  4. Collaboration et Communication : Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe pour comprendre les exigences du projet et fournir des solutions techniques appropriées. Vous communiquerez efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir la réussite des projets.


Exigences :


  • Expérience préalable en tant que Tech Lead ou Architecte de Solutions.
  • Solides compétences en architecture de solutions, y compris la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions technologiques.
  • Expertise dans les architectures réseaux distribués, la virtualisation, l'infonuagique et la sécurité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français avec un bon niveau d'anglais (B2/C1 minimum).


J'ai conscience que le mouton à 5 pattes n'existe pas mais les compétence en réseau et solution de virtualisation sont fortement demandées.
