What You’ll Do

Lead & Grow our Contaminated Sites, Reclamation & Remediation division, identifying new business opportunities.

Project Management: Oversee site assessments, remedial action plans, and regulatory compliance.

Client Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Technical Expertise: Develop remedial options analysis, risk management plans, and stay ahead of evolving industry trends.

Field & Office Balance: Work both in the field and in the office to ensure project success.

Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate staff.

Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure projects align with federal/provincial regulations and Indigenous consultation requirements.


About You

🔹 5+ years of environmental consulting experience managing assessment & remediation projects.

🔹 Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Soil Science, Hydrogeology, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

🔹 Professional Designation (P.Eng, P.Geo, P.Ag, P.Bio) or eligibility.

🔹 Experience with Orphan Wells Program and Remedial Action Planning.

🔹 Strong knowledge of Alberta's regulatory framework (BC expertise is a plus).

🔹 Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to work in the field as needed.

🔹 Strong problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.
