Job Description

CM Labs is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Account Manager for a global sales role. The position calls for an entrepreneurial self-starter with the energy and ambition to build a strong sales pipeline. A background that includes a sound understanding of technology and an interest in training, visualization and simulation is an asset. Experience in sales in the port, oil and gas, or construction industries is also an asset. Primary Responsibilities

  • Acting as an advisor and consultant to our customers and ability to communicate our solutions and their benefits from C-level to technical staff.
  • Growing revenues and managing the sales pipeline, consistent delivery of results that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • The drive to hunt for new opportunities and a keen eye to spot and develop business in a global context.
  • Responding to technical RFPs and client inquiries.
  • Portraying a professional image and exercising strong closing capabilities.
  • Participating in presentations, client visits and industry trade shows.


Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience selling software, computing technology/systems or professional services.
  • A proven track record of sales revenue and growth in competitive markets.
  • Must be a high energy individual, travel internationally with minimal down-time and respond under pressure.
  • A BA/BS university degree is a requirement; a technical background is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) as our clients are English
  • Strong assets are Spanish or Portuguese.

Description du Poste

CM Labs est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et très motivée pour occuper le poste de directeur de compte dans le domaine des ventes internationales. Ce poste est destiné à une personne entreprenante qui a l'énergie et l'ambition de construire un solide pipeline de ventes. Une expérience comprenant une bonne compréhension de la technologie et un intérêt pour la formation, la visualisation et la simulation est un atout. Une expérience de la vente dans les secteurs portuaire, pétrolier et gazier ou de la construction est également un atout. Responsabilités Principales

  • Agir en tant que conseiller et consultant pour nos clients et communiquer nos solutions et leurs avantages du C-level au personnel technique.
  • Augmenter le chiffre d'affaires et gérer le pipeline des ventes, en obtenant constamment des résultats qui atteignent ou dépassent les objectifs de vente.
  • La volonté de rechercher de nouvelles opportunités et un œil attentif pour repérer et développer des affaires dans un contexte mondial.
  • Répondre aux appels d'offres techniques et aux demandes des clients.
  • Donner une image professionnelle et exercer de fortes capacités de conclusion.
  • Participer à des présentations, des visites de clients et des salons professionnels.


Qualifications et Compétences

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de logiciels, de technologies/systèmes informatiques ou de services professionnels.
  • Une expérience avérée en matière de revenus de vente et de croissance sur des marchés concurrentiels.
  • Vous devez faire preuve d'une grande énergie, voyager à l'étranger avec un minimum de temps d'arrêt et réagir sous pression.
  • Un diplôme universitaire BA/BS est requis ; une formation technique est un atout.
  • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, d'établissement de relations et de réseautage.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale, à l'écoute et à la présentation.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (parlé et écrit), l'espagnol ou le portugais étant un atout important.
