Description :
Le spécialiste de la fabrication pour la gestion de l'énergie et la maintenance est chargé de superviser l'utilisation de l'énergie, les projets d'amélioration et de l'efficacité du bâtiment et de garantir le fonctionnement optimal de l'équipement et des systèmes de fabrication. Il fait le lien entre les initiatives de gestion de l'énergie et les stratégies de maintenance afin de garantir des opérations durables et rentables au sein de l'installation de fabrication.
Résumé des tâches :
- Sponsor du standard Energie pour le Bâtiment.
- Identifier, recommander et mettre en place des stratégies d'économie d'énergie afin de parvenir à un fonctionnement plus efficace sur le plan énergétique.
- Inspecter et surveiller les systèmes énergétiques, y compris le chauffage, la ventilation et la climatisation (CVC), afin de déterminer la consommation d'énergie ou les économies d'énergie potentielles.
- Recueillir, analyser et vérifier les informations relatives à la consommation d'énergie de l'usine et à l'efficacité des équipements de production, y compris les données de comptage des services publics, les factures d'énergie de l'usine et les relevés.
- Identifier, développer et exécuter des projets d'économie d'énergie afin d'améliorer les performances et l'efficacité des bâtiments.
- Examiner les plans ou les spécifications architecturales, mécaniques ou électriques afin d'évaluer l'efficacité énergétique.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de maintenance à l'exécution des calendriers de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements et du bâtiment.
- Coordonner avec des fournisseurs tiers l'exécution de projets spécifiques de gestion de l'énergie et d'entretien des installations.
- Préparer et présenter à la direction des rapports périodiques sur l'efficacité énergétique et l'efficacité de la maintenance.
Qualifications :
- Formation : Au moins une licence en ingénierie mécanique ou dans une discipline similaire.
- Expérience : Au moins un an d'expérience dans la gestion de l'énergie, l'entretien des bâtiments ou la gestion des installations dans un environnement industriel. Expérience de la lecture et de la coordination de dessins mécaniques, électriques, structurels et architecturaux.
- Compétences informatiques : Solide connaissance pratique d'AutoCAD et maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et de Microsoft Office.
- Autres compétences : - Compréhension des principes de l'ingénierie mécanique et des systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation des bâtiments industriels / Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet / Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais.

Description:
The Manufacturing Specialist for Energy Management and Maintenance is responsible for overseeing energy usage, building improvement and efficiency projects and ensuring the optimal operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. He links energy management initiatives with maintenance strategies to ensure sustainable and cost-effective operations within the manufacturing facility.
Summary of tasks:
- Sponsor of the Energy for Buildings standard.
- Identify, recommend and implement energy saving strategies to achieve more energy efficient operation.
- Inspect and monitor energy systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), to determine energy consumption or potential energy savings.
- Collect, analyze and verify information relating to plant energy consumption and production equipment efficiency, including utility metering data, plant energy bills and statements.
- Identify, develop and execute energy saving projects to improve building performance and efficiency.
- Review architectural, mechanical or electrical drawings or specifications to assess energy efficiency.
- Working with the maintenance team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment and the building.
- Coordinating with third-party suppliers on specific energy management and facility maintenance projects.
- Prepares and submits periodic reports to management on energy efficiency and maintenance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: At least a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
- Experience: At least one year's experience in energy management, building maintenance or facilities management in an industrial environment. Experience of reading and coordinating mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural drawings.
- Computer skills: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Other skills: - Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and HVAC systems for industrial buildings / Excellent project management skills / Fluently bilingual in French and English.
