Job DescriptionOne of our clients are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful adoption and maximum impact.Role Overview:As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on the Onboarding and Employee Central Service (ESC) modules. You will manage all aspects of project delivery — from planning and execution to stakeholder management — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on Onboarding and Employee Central Service (ESC) modules.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive adoption.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall project delivery capabilities.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with hands-on experience in Onboarding and ESC modules.Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably in the education or public sector.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a matrix environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
