Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative activities, including office coordination and secretarial tasks.
  • Support expat employees by coordinating essential benefits and services, such as:

-Accommodation arrangements

-Utilities and transportation coordination

-Driving license applications and renewals

-Medical insurance and phone plans

  • Ensure efficient office operations through strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely support for team needs.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
