Implementation Consultant


Are you passionate about leading successful client implementations and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We’re seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to join the team and take the lead in delivering high-quality, client-focused projects from kickoff to deployment.


This role requires expertise in FP&A processes and EPM solutions, along with a strong technical background in ETL. You’ll serve as the go-to expert, working alongside senior architects and client stakeholders to ensure seamless implementations. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in knowledge transfer by training and mentoring both clients and internal teams to guarantee long-term success post-go-live.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with senior architects to design and document implementation solutions aligned with project scope.
  • Implementation Execution: Work with client power users to develop and test solution components, ensuring successful deployments.
  • Project Management: Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
  • Coaching and Enablement: Empower clients by providing training and guidance to help them achieve self-sufficiency with the implemented solutions.
  • Scalable Development: Build foundational modules and integrations that can serve as reusable assets for future projects.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Consulting roles within Business Applications, ideally FP&A software.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, ETL processes, and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Finance Knowledge: Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
