The Digital Marketing Specialist I will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on driving seller success. This role is integral in creating, monitoring, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to maximize client results. The Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring activity, answering inquiries, creating content, analyzing trends, and resolving issues on social media channels.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on web traffic and source analytics against key performance indicators (KPIs). The Specialist will work with pre-designated client content as well as develop original content to support marketing objectives. A strong understanding of advertising trends and proficiency in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive client results.
  • Manage social media channels by monitoring activity, engaging with audiences, creating content, analyzing trends, and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and report on web traffic and source analytics, measuring performance against KPIs.
  • Develop content based on client needs and create original content to support marketing strategies.
  • Research and stay updated on advertising trends to inform campaign strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in content creation, digital strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Google Certified.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
  • Highly organized and capable of maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving results through digital marketing initiatives.
