Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Tile Giant Canada. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, customer service, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions for their projects.


Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Account Management skills
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:


  • Knowledge of flooring, design, and home improvement products
  • Experience in the construction or design industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Prior sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
