Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Traveling Site Superintendent with experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects. As a Traveling Site Superintendent, you will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and overseeing work progress.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all team members and subcontractors.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies as necessary to obtain permits and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the ICI construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
