Responsabilités


• Préparer les demandes de financement à présenter aux prêteurs

• Planifier et organiser son temps de travail efficacement en fonction du respect des échéanciers

• Effectuer certaines tâches administratives

• Intégration des données au système

• Participer aux développement de nouveaux outils

• Respecter les procédures de vérification, règlementation et conformité

• Offrir un service exceptionnel et irréprochable aux courtiers ainsi qu’aux clients.


Exigences


• Détenir un Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou toutes autres disciplines connexes

à la comptabilité ou la finance

• Détenir un permis de courtage hypothécaire serait un atout

• Expérience dans une institution financière dans un poste équivalent

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais parlé et écrit

• Connaître les outils MS Office

• Faire preuve de flexibilité et disponibilité dans les moments opportuns

• Démontrer une excellente capacité d’analyse

• Avoir le sens des responsabilités et du travail d’équipe

• Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité

• Disposer d’un bureau à sa résidence et un accès internet performant
