Key Accountabilities:

  • Review and validate job scope for clarity of work requests
  • Perform field verifications for planning-related measures
  • Prepare job plans that logically sequence tasks, align multiple crafts, minimize equipment downtime, and maximize safe, efficient, and effective resource use
  • Prepare job plans with detailed planned costs, including parts, materials, special tools, external services, and documentation
  • Maximize resource productivity by identifying and coordinating the supply of parts, materials, special tools, external services, and rental equipment, while preparing relevant documentation
  • Ensures executability of the job plan prior to releasing to execution, review constraints before releasing work orders. Escalate issues when due dates cannot be met
  • Manage planning backlog, maintain, and continuously improve job plans and task lists and maintenance plans
  • Facilitate planning meetings and initiate integration between maintenance and other business functions
  • Creation and management of measurement points in SAP

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five or more years working in maintenance planning and scheduling, craft supervision or coordination, or reliability experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Journeyman Trade certification (Heavy Equipment Technician, Mechanical or Electrical) or Engineering Degree
  • Planning and/or scheduling experience, particularly in compressors, turbines and pumps
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
