Kelly Services is actively seeking a Field Service Support (IT) Technician at Dow Fort Saskatchewan located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta T8L 2P4.


Job description:


  • IT Field Service technician to provide on-site assistance to clients at deskside, remote and in TechHub.
  • Provide on-site installations, troubleshooting, patching, repairs and maintenance.
  • Initiates and facilitates the discussion with customer and respective resolution stakeholders during critical issues, projects, and troubleshooting.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to produce results in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to answer customer inquiries; client-focus and interpersonal skills to communicate and educate the clients.
  • Ability to identify, resolve, document and troubleshoot issues with IT hardware.
  • Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and Service Now.
  • Ability to work with global Service Delivery teams, other vendors, to enable a seamless end user experience this may include educating clients on new products and services, tools and how to report a problem or request a service.
  • Partner with service managers, ITRMs, warehouse team & vendors to drive a positive Employee Experience.
  • Work independently on project assignments; monitor and manage.
  • Business network support experience preferred to installing new programs, managing updates, and providing technical support. IT Field Service technician to provide on-site assistance to clients at deskside, remote and in TechHub.

Kindly note: 24X7 on call request - Rotating schedule.
