Sommaire de la fonction :


  • Répondre et prendre en charge toutes les demandes des spécialistes internes des comptes logistiques et des répartiteurs.
  • Coordonner et confirmer les rendez-vous planifiés avec l'équipe interne, les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Saisir et vérifier les soumissions d'expédition.
  • Surveiller et suivre le ramassage et la livraison à temps.
  • Préparer et fournir des rapports de suivi quotidiens au besoin.
  • Communiquer les commandes, les instructions de mouvement, les mouvements de charge et d'autres informations aux répartiteurs, aux transporteurs et aux clients.
  • Enregistrer, maintenir et fournir les informations d'arrivée et de départ des expéditions.
  • Mises à jour des informations d'état en temps opportun ; documenter les performances du service et le suivi des équipements.
  • Toute autre tâche demandée liée à la numérisation, au soutien de la documentation, aux télécopies et aux photocopies en tant que soutien général au bon fonctionnement de l'opération.
  • Utiliser les données de suivi des équipements pour traiter les informations en temps réel pour les clients.
  • S'assurer que nous répondons aux exigences des indicateurs clés de performance du client.


Education et qualifications :


  • Baccalauréat, DEC ou diplôme d'études secondaires avec au moins une (1) à trois (3) années d'expérience dans un type de poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de travail logistique ou service à la clientèle.
  • Excellentes compétences verbales, de compréhension de lecture et d'écriture en français et en anglais. La connaissance d'une autre langue est nécessaire pour ce poste car le candidat sera obligé d'interagir et de communiquer avec des clients, des fournisseurs et des collègues à travers l'Amérique du Nord.
  • Intermédiaire pour progresser avec les systèmes informatiques (Suite office, Internet et système TMW).

Job Summary:


  • Answer and support all inquiries from internal Logistic Account Specialists and Dispatchers.
  • Coordinate and confirm scheduled appointments with internal team, carriers, suppliers and clients.
  • Enter and verify shipment tenders.
  • Monitor and follow-up on on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
  • Communicating orders, movement instructions, load movements, and other information to dispatchers, carriers and customers.
  • Recording, maintaining and providing shipment arrival & departure information.
  • Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
  • Any other task requested related to scanning, documentation support, fax, and photocopies as a general support to the well-being of the operation.
  • Use equipment tracking data to process real-time information for clients.
  • Ensuring we are meeting client KPI’S requirements.


Education & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor, DEC or High school diploma with at least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar type of position, ideally in a logistic work environment or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal, reading comprehension and writing skills in French and English. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues throughout North America.
  • Intermediate to advance with IT systems (Office Suites, Internet and TMW system).
