We’re looking to enhance our multidisciplanary rehabilition team with the addition of a physiotherapy resident or physiotherapist to complement our current roster of fun and down-to-earth practitioners. At Leaps and Bounds, we strive to provide quality and compassionate care to help our patients meet their ultimate physical goals. Both RESIDENTS and EXPERIENCED THERAPISTS who are interested in working in an orthopedic setting are welcome to apply to this part-time position.


We are asking the candidate to be able to commit to 2-3 work shifts. The practice is open Monday to Friday (clinic is open 9am-8pm) or Saturdays (clinic is open 8am-3pm) totalling 20-24 hrs. Keep in mind that weekday evenings and Saturday mornings are our busiest time.


The clinic has you covered with a fully furnished, private room including a hydraulic table, rolling stool, counter space, shelving, and dimming lights. We’ll also deal with the phones, billing, and EMR, so that you can put your skills to maximum use in a timely fashion.


As part of a multi-disciplinary team, cross-referrals are quite common. We value team players and encourage discussion between practitioners to best resolve patient issues. Speaking of patients, we have a niche within certain communities including, football, figure skating, hockey, dance, soccer, and gymnastics. We love getting involved in the community and sometimes we ask our practitioners to volunteer their time at local events to foster these relationships and help build new ones, all while giving back.


Furthermore, our clinic is Complete Concussions – certified. If the candidate is interested, we would onboard with the Compete Concussions program.


Lastly, but not least, we are open to discussing compensation during the interview process. We are willing to negotiate a competitive split percentage depending on experience, skill set, and references. Additionally, we will consider an incentive-based contract with bonuses paid toward continuing education because we know it’s important to stay current with best evidence-based practices.So if you’re a physiotherapist who works hard using your therapeutic skills to help people get back on their feet, then WE WANT YOU
