We have the perfect opportunity for you As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will have the chance to actively contribute to exciting challenges and the development of an engaging and harmonious work environment.
responsibilities:
Advise and support managers in the implementation of various human resources practices;
Encourage employee engagement and retention through close management;
Participate in recruitment and onboarding strategies for new employees;
Stay alert to issues that may impact the work environment while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect;
Provide advisory support to managers on problem-solving and labor relations;
Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects (e.g., development/training pathways, talent management and succession planning programs, talent recognition and retention programs);
Manage and monitor occupational injury and disability cases;
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and application of human resources policies and procedures;
Act as an ambassador and promote organizational values.
Required skills:Key Competencies:
Excellent listening skills and good judgment;
Strong aptitude for teamwork and interpersonal relations;
Ability to establish a climate of trust;
Comfort in a constantly evolving environment;
Strong organizational skills and priority management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience;
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist;
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Bilingualism required (English and French), both written and spoken;
MPO certification is an asset.
