·        Perform in-home energy consultations and generate estimates for heat pump installation services.

·        Develop relationships with provincial and federal efficiency program providers and a sales/marketing plan around such programs.

·        Model projects using approved leading software

·        Develop our existing preventative maintenance program.

·        Administrate technical and sales training programs for employees.

·        Contribute to growing an efficiency culture in-house, driving sales and marketing, supplementing our strong reputation and brand.
