Principales responsabilités:


  • Assister aux réunions de revue de service portant sur les performances, les améliorations de service, la qualité et les processus.
  • Gérer des incidents, des problèmes et des changements dans toutes les compétences, y compris la partie technique de l'application SAP et l'infrastructure.
  • Interfacer avec toutes les compétences de livraison, y compris les applications, la base de données et l'infrastructure, y compris le centre de services pour résoudre les problèmes.
  • Communiquer avec le CTO et SAP Service Delivery Manager en cas d'escalade importante.
  • Avoir la satisfaction du client dès la livraison.

Compétences et expériences requises :


  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en ingénierie, en sciences techniques ou dans des disciplines connexes.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans l'administration de systèmes SAP (y compris SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, Solution Manager, BI/BW, ...).
  • La certification HANA 2.0 est un must.
  • Une expérience de travail avec Sybase est un must.
  • Certification/expérience de travail avec les principaux hyper-scalers comme GCP, Azure ou AWS est un plus.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe de manière transversale et géographique.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Forte orientation client et compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise du français
  • Légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada (parrainage de permis de travail disponible pour les candidats sélectionnés francophones).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
  • Own incident, problem, and change management across all competencies including the technical part of the SAP application as well as infrastructure
  • Interface with all delivery competencies including app, db, and infrastructure also including service center to resolve issues.
  • Communicate to CTO and SAP Service Delivery Manager on major escalations.
  • Own Client Satisfaction from delivery.

Required Skills & Experiences:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP systems administration (including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, Solution Manager, BI/BW, …).
  • HANA 2.0 certification is a must.
  • Working experience with Sybase is a must.
  • Certification/Experience working with major hyper-scalers like GCP, Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to work in teams cross functionally and cross geographically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (work permit sponsorship available for the selected candidates).
