Alberta, Canada AGS Associates Full time

Our client collaborates closely with governmental agencies and organizations dedicated to supporting veterans, military personnel, first responders, and various other referral partners. However, the scope of their referrals extends beyond trauma-related issues to encompass adults, couples, families, and children encountering a diverse array of mental health and personal obstacles. With a consistent surplus of referrals, they are enthusiastic about promptly delivering services to all those in need.

Our client's clinicians operate as independent contractors, offering them access to a comprehensive benefits package and educational funding. By becoming a part of their team, you gain the opportunity to engage in daily consultations with fellow clinicians and participate in regular clinical meetings addressing operational and clinical matters. This allows you to maintain control over your practice, enabling you to establish the ideal work-life balance by determining your own schedule and workload.

Requirements:

  • Psychologist or Psychological Associate (autonomous or supervised practice) to provide Psychotherapy, Psychoeducational and/or Psychological Assessments
  • PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Have relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on working with children and families
  • Registered with the appropriate licensing body in the province where you practice
  • Possess Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to obtain
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective case management skills (e.g., timely reports)

Join our client for:

  • Extended health, dental, and vision benefits package
  • Education and training allowance
  • Work-life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule
  • Administrative support within an established, busy practice
  • Support from peers with diverse knowledge and experience
  • Innovative and professional growth-orientation culture
  • Incentive and bonus programs
  • Team events and celebrations
