The Role

As an AI/ML Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building the core data infrastructure and intelligence that powers our platform. You’ll design and implement data pipelines, integrate advanced ML models, and help shape the future of personalized influencer marketing. You’ll be hands-on in deploying models for insights, personalization, and performance prediction.


You’ll work in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment and help scale Dreamwell’s platform as we grow to serve more customers. Your focus will be on data preprocessing, pipeline quality, and deploying systems that make advanced AI accessible and actionable.


What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain vectorized data pipelines and stores (e.g., Pinecone) to power advanced ML workflows.

• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI-based recommendations.

• Preprocess data for high-quality input to ML models, ensuring data pipeline accuracy and reliability.

• Deploy ML models like k-means, random forest, and linear/logistic regression to solve marketing problems.

• Create personalization and recommendation engines tailored for influencer marketing optimization.

• Use statistical and predictive models to forecast campaign performance and ROI.

• Serve actionable insights to the frontend through robust APIs, powering reporting dashboards and customer-facing features.


Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying data pipelines and ML models in production.

• Proficiency in vectorized data storage and retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Postgres).

• Expertise in data preprocessing, ensuring pipeline accuracy and quality control.

• Experience with deploying ML models and using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Knowledge of statistical models, prediction systems, and recommendation engines.

• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with modern cloud environments and scalable infrastructure for ML pipelines.
