We seek a highly skilled and experienced Performance Creative Ops Director to oversee our creative strategy, editing, and paid media management teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, with a good understanding of creative processes, video production, paid ads and influencer marketing.
馃攽 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize the performance of the creative, editing, and paid media teams
- Track project costs and team efficiencies, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategy with overall business objectives
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure the creation and execution of high-quality video content, maintaining a focus on service quality and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the creative process to enhance output quality. Discuss with stakeholders to continuously improve processes
- Regularly report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any challenges
馃幆 Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
- Strong understanding of creative processes, video production, and influencer marketing
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management platforms and analytics dashboards
