Title- InforXA Consultant

Location- Remote

Terms- Contract/Full Time


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Responsible for functional design of Infor XA (9.1) on Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity, Procurement and Finance functional areas.
  • Prepare and document Solution Design and process maps.
  • Communicate with various Business Process Owners (BPO) on requirements, processes, and systems.
  • Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
  • Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
  • Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes.
  • Support end to end processes and overcome system touch points impacts.
  • Collaborate with project team on solution definition and validation.
  • Prepare test cases and conduct various test cycles, including Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify data integrity, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and coordinate training for end users.
  • Support Cutover definition, execution and post go live issues.
  • Use XA-Eaton Documentation standard
