About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defence, accident benefits or personal injury.
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills reflected in client management and teamwork dynamics.
  • Proactive thinking and effective response to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Commitment to firm values, client service, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.


About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Manage litigation cases: legal research, drafting pleadings, and court representation.
  • Prepare legal documents: briefs, motions, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in legal research and drafting.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Adapt and find solutions to unforeseen challenges.
  • Manage clients and practice with professionalism and commitment to client service.
  • Uphold legal ethics and professional conduct in all activities.
