Description:

Adjudication, Analysis, Reporting and Vendor recovery of Warranty Claims

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim processing and adjudication from dealer submission to resolution including French-English translation
• Inspect returned warranty parts for claim legitimacy and failure analysis for quality assurance purpose
• Dealer claim appeal
• Provide timely reports and analysis of the warranty data
• Train dealer staff on use and efficiency creating and submitting claims
• Identify quality concerns from warranty claims, and progress improvement to the warranty system and process
• Create and distribute vendor recovery performance report
• Update vendor contracts and policies
• Coordinate the translation of warranty documents, and return requests from vendors
• Coordinate receiving and shipping of warranty parts
• Dealer and customer service support
• Other duties to support the Service and Warranty Department

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in a business or technical related field
• Must be fully bilingual - English/French
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warranty administration environment or role
• Technical background with Automotive, Heavy equipment or construction Industry
• Presentation / reporting / communication / listening skills
• Proficiency in Windows based operating systems and MS Office required
• Able to work with minimal supervision, and team player
