Your Mission:
Step into the spotlight as our Senior Wealth Planning Associate, where you'll be the go-to guru for our internal Staff Accounts portfolio. You'll dish out holistic, tailor-made advice with the utmost discretion, earning the trust of your colleagues while fine-tuning your skills for your next big gig as a Wealth Advisor.
Where You'll Shine:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in either the bustling streets of Toronto or the vibrant vibes of Vancouver. Thanks to our cool and flexible hybrid work policy, you’ll groove into the office 3 days a week, with the rest of the time to work your magic from wherever you feel most inspired.
Your Day-to-Day Groove:
- Be the first to reach out and engage with new and existing clients (a.k.a. your fellow employees), delivering easy-to-digest, spot-on financial and investment planning that hits all the right notes.
- Craft bespoke, ongoing, and detailed analysis and client meeting materials that cover everything from:
- Designing killer investment portfolios
- Mastering risk management
- Nailing retirement income strategies
- Planning picture-perfect estates
- Keeping that cash flow groovy
- Capital needs analysis that'll impress
- Tax planning that’s on point
- Deliver a mind-blowing level of client service by staying tuned in to your clients' changing needs and being their rockstar advisor they can always count on.
- Build trust, loyalty, and lifelong fans out of your clients.
- Keep all client info and regulatory requirements fresh and up-to-date.
- Bring financial literacy to life with cool events and resources.
- Spot new leads and prospects like a pro.
- And, of course, take on other cool responsibilities as the organization evolves.
Your Superstar Credentials:
- A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role at a wealth management firm, where you've rocked investment, financial, and insurance planning.
- Must be registered and have snagged:
- CIM or CFA Level 1; AND
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with a knack for connecting with people.

This role offers a base salary range of 90-110 K base plus bonuses.
