Network Administrator

Reporting to the Director of IT Telecommunications Management, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's network environments. Your responsibilities will include incident resolution, implementing permanent fixes, process automation, and overseeing new network deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate processes related to network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring long-term solutions.
- Supervise deployments of new network infrastructure solutions.
- Analyze change requests and assess impacts on existing applications.
- Maintain network schema documentation and monitor service availability.
- Propose and implement policies, standards, and norms related to network infrastructure.
- Understand business challenges and propose technological solutions to support company activities.
- Conduct complex analyses and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 7 or 5 years of relevant experience, respectively.
- Expertise in programming languages for automation (Python, etc.).
- Strong experience in incident resolution in a Cisco environment.
- Good knowledge of network technologies/concepts (Switch, Router, Firewall, etc.).
- Mastery of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.).
- Ideally, experience in the financial sector.
- CCNP and ITIL certifications are desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and ability to work in complex environments.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
Description du Poste :
Relevant du directeur de la gestion des télécommunications TI, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion des environnements réseau de notre entreprise. Vos responsabilités comprendront la résolution d'incidents, la mise en place de correctifs permanents, l'automatisation des processus et la supervision des nouveaux déploiements réseau.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Automatiser les processus liés aux environnements réseau.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes complexes, tout en garantissant des solutions pérennes.
- Superviser les déploiements de nouvelles solutions d'infrastructure réseau.
- Analyser les demandes de changements et évaluer les impacts sur les applications existantes.
- Maintenir la documentation des schémas réseau et assurer la surveillance de la disponibilité des services.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, normes et standards en lien avec l'infrastructure réseau.
- Comprendre les enjeux d'affaires et proposer des solutions technologiques pour soutenir les activités de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des analyses complexes et formuler des recommandations pour optimiser l'efficacité des systèmes.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise connexe au secteur d'activité avec 7 ans ou 5 ans d'expérience pertinente, respectivement.
- Expertise en langages de programmation pour l'automatisation (Python, etc.).
- Expérience solide en résolution d'incidents dans un environnement Cisco.
- Bonne connaissance des technologies/concepts réseau (Switch, Router, Firewall, etc.).
- Maîtrise des outils réseau (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.).
- Idéalement, expérience dans le secteur financier.
- Certification CCNP et ITIL souhaitables.
- Fortes compétences relationnelles, autonomie et capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
