Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employment Lawyer at RV Law LLP . The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for handling various employment-related matters, including employment contracts, employment law, employment tribunals, and litigations. The role is based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. Remuneration is on a fee-splitting basis.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements
  • Knowledgeable in workplace policies
  • Expertise in handling employment litigations
  • Ability to resolve employment disputes effectively
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Experience in civil litigation is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
