Your New Company
Our client, a very well-known banking client looking to hire Cisco Collaboration Engineer.
Your New Role:
Need to support
- call manager – This is the most important skill
- contact center - 1 queue still active (moving away from it)
- have cisco voicemail server (being sunset)
- Contact center is moving to imagical (call queuing, cdr, call recording, cdr, efax)
- moving to teams - they have a resource that will handle most of the teams stuff, but experience on teams is helpful
- Using audiocodes sbcs, but they’re being supported by cloud revolution – experience a plus
- Cisco bg310s supporting analogue devices
What You’ll Need:
2 major projects:
1. Moving users from Callon legacy Teams environment to new Apache Teams environment
2. Moving users from Legacy CUCM to new Apache Teams
a. 3 regions (US, UK, & Egypt – in that order)
b. Egypt is moving buildings, so need to backup they entire CUCM, restore it to a new virtual environment, and stand it up re-ip, relicense, etc.
In addition to that, need someone to help with the everyday tasks and other duties as required.
