Job Description:


Insight Global is looking for a qualified Bilingual Oracle Projects Consultant to be a part of a Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for a shipbuilding company in Quebec City. You will be joining the team of a Global Consulting client in a client-facing, functional role. This opportunity will begin in the design phase of the project and will require expertise through planning, configuration, up until go-live. It is important that this qualified candidate be comfortable leading workshops and client sessions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role will require about 50% travel to Quebec City as per client needs over the duration of the contract. This candidate must be fluent in French to communicate with internal and external clients.


Required Skills and Experience:


* Minimum 7-10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (specifically, utilizing Oracle Projects) and experience leading a least 3 full life-cycle implementations.

* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Projects Suite including Project Costing, Billing, Resource Management, Collaboration, Business Intelligence and Portfolio Analysis.

* Experience leading client workshops, configuration, and managing client expectations.

* Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple, dynamic priorities and deliverables.

* Must be bilingual in French (fluent) and English


Nice to Have Skills and Experience

* Experience working with manufacturing, shipbuilding, or marine engineering clients.

Insight Global est à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) bilingue qualifié(e) en projets Oracle pour participer à la mise en œuvre d'Oracle Cloud ERP pour une entreprise de construction navale à Québec. Vous vous joindrez à l'équipe d'un client de Global Consulting dans un rôle fonctionnel en contact avec le client. Cette opportunité débutera dans la phase de conception du projet et nécessitera une expertise à travers la planification, la configuration, jusqu'à la mise en service. Il est important que le candidat qualifié soit à l'aise dans l'animation d'ateliers et de sessions clients et dans la collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Ce rôle nécessitera environ 50 % de déplacements à Québec selon les besoins du client pendant la durée du contrat. Le candidat doit parler couramment le français pour communiquer avec les clients internes et externes.


Compétences et expérience requises :


* Le candidat doit avoir au moins 7 à 10 ans d'expérience avec Oracle Cloud ERP (en particulier avec Oracle Projects) et avoir dirigé au moins 3 implémentations de cycle de vie complet.

* Vous disposez d'une solide connaissance fonctionnelle de la suite Oracle Projects, notamment en ce qui concerne le coût des projets, la facturation, la gestion des ressources, la collaboration, la veille stratégique et l'analyse de portefeuilles.

* Expérience de l'animation d'ateliers clients, de la configuration et de la gestion des attentes des clients.

* Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps, avec une capacité à jongler avec des priorités et des livrables multiples et dynamiques.

* Vous devez être bilingue en français (couramment) et en anglais.
