Commercial Support and Proposal Analyst M/F

·       Researching and Sourcing Opportunities: Proactively research and source potential opportunities, including Market Sounding, Expressions of Interest, Requests for Qualification, and Requests for Proposal.

·       Maintaining Commercial Database: Manage and update the commercial database using CRM tools. Ensure all relevant information, including client contacts, opportunity details, and proposal documents, are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

·       Vendor Registration: Facilitate the registration process to ensure our organization is recognized as a vendor with relevant clients and government agencies. Keep registrations updated and compliant with applicable regulations.

·       Proposal Support: Provide support for proposal development efforts, including writing content, formatting documents, and creating templates.

·       Commercial Support: Provide overall commercial administrative support.


·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

·       If degree other than Engineering, knowledge of the terminologies in the engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or related field.

·       Proven experience in proposal administration, bid searching, commercial analysis, or related field.

·       Deductive and analytical skills to be able to catch the opportunities that will be a good fit for the development of the company and to be able to explain those opportunities to the team.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Experience with CRM tools such as Deltek is an asset.

·       Knowledge of bid searching websites is an asset.
