About the team you are joining

IATA’s Business Intelligence Services are the focal point anddriving force for data management and global BI services for the aviationindustry. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager BI Delivery, thehire will be supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the BISteam. 

What your day would be like

Provide Level 1 support using SalesForce/JIRA for all BIS clients; triage and track all incoming queries
Maintain and update the BIS Client Platform System (CPI-Sys);
Prepare the templates for Customer data delivery implementation
Support the BIS Advisory team with post-sale advisory and administrative activities
Assist in the preparation of ah-doc reports/documents.
Provide additional support as required by Senior Manager BI Delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in a relevant discipline
Ability to set priorities and work with speed with a strong customer focus and a high level of drive and energy;
Strong ability on Sales Force and JIRA;
Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional regional language(s) will be an asset
