GHD est à la recherche d’un(e) contrôleur(e) documentaire pour se joindre à notre groupe d’ingénierie - conception. En travaillant au sein d’une de nos équipes multidisciplinaires expérimentées du bureau de Montréal, Laval, ou Brossard , vous aurez à :
Responsabilités:
Effectuer la gestion et le contrôle complet des documents (réception, vérification, enregistrement, diffusion et classement); Effectuer la gestion et la coordination des livrables et listes des livrables conjointement avec l’ensemble des groupes d’ingénierie; Effectuer la gestion et la coordination des livrables et listes des livrables des fournisseurs/vendeurs dans le cadre des projets; Enregistrer et classer les documents de projets selon l’arborescence des projets; Préparation des bordereaux de transmission formels à partir de livrables ou listes de livrables; Rédaction de courriels et/ou de communications d’envoi et/ou de réception de transmissions (internes et externes) Effectuer la gestion de la bibliothèque et des documents de référence pour les projets; Effectuer la gestion électronique des documents; Être une personne-ressources auprès du personnel; Assurer diverses tâches administratives connexes (ex. offres de service, montage PDF de lots / contrats d’approvisionnement ou de manuels, ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.Compétences requises:
Véritable passion pour la résolution de problèmes et souci du détail; Sens de l’organisation pour respecter les délais; Capacité de collaborer et de s’adapter en tant que membre d’une équipe; Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale (Français et Anglais*); Haut niveau de souci du détail et sens de la minutie; Diplôme d'études collégiales en technique de la documentation ou toutes autres formations jugées équivalentes; 5 - 10 années d'expérience pertinente; Expérience dans le domaine en ingénierie (atout); Habiletés et connaissances / compétences avec un (ou plusieurs) système(s) de gestion documentaire (. SharePoint, Buzzsaw, BIM360 Docs, OnTrack, Documentum, Aconex, ou autre, ; Bonne connaissance et expérience avec Microsoft Word et Adobe Acrobat (PDF); Connaissance approfondie de BIM360 considéré un atout; Connaissance de la norme ISO 9001, un atout.*Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l’équipe de l’Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
