The Mississauga Convention Centre is looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests and staff. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for guests and staff

  • Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

  • Order and restock kitchen supplies

  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail
