Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in of billing center
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of a cross functional team of both business and technical resources
  • Knowledge of best practices and processes related to the delivery of waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experienced in innovative problem solving
  • Current knowledge of latest developments and leading practices in program management i.e knowledge of PMBOK
  • Guide and familiar with best practices in other industries ,sectors or jurisdictions related to program management methodologies


Requirements

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Guidewire or GW certifications (BC)
  • Experience with a GW Cloud Migration
  • Experience managing multiples partners/ complexity
  • Experience managing off-shore teams
  • Strong QA background
