About the Role: As a Specialized IT Consultant - Senior EPPM Adoption, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) best practices within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess their needs, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on EPPM adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

  • EPPM Adoption: Promote EPPM standards and best practices to facilitate control of system quality and adherence to standard methodology.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to understand stakeholder needs.
  • Solution Design: Design EPPM solutions that align with business objectives and overcome challenges.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to support EPPM adoption.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct user training and create user guides and documentation.
  • Reporting: Build custom BI dashboard reports using EPPM data.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • EPPM Expertise: At least 5 years of experience with EPPM/Planview Enterprise.
  • Change Management: At least 10 years of experience in IT change management.
  • Data Visualization: At least 2 years of experience in developing data visualizations and custom reports.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • End-User Support: Experience providing end-user support for EPPM tools.
  • Training: Experience conducting end-user training on EPPM modules.
  • Public Sector Experience: Experience working in a public sector environment.
