About the Role

Our service user has Mild learning Disability and Anxiety and when anxious may show signs of apprehension or worry. At these times may require staff support and reassurance.
When feeling particularly anxious or upset, she may increase the volume of her voice and show signs of frustration, staff must always follow the behaviour support plan to ensure both staff and service user are safe.
Support worker to work on a 1:1 basis, however on days out, visiting family members and appointment staff will be required to double up.
The shift pattern will consist of Late/Sleep/Early shift pattern which are as follows:
Early shifts 07:30-15:00 Late shifts 15:00-22:00 Sleepovers 22:00-07:30 Your shift will be required to work every second weekend.For continuity of our service user this is the shift pattern we are offering.
