Each of our 181 Optical clinics, conveniently located in our grocery stores, plays an important role in servicing our customers. What you'll do: 

Provide outstanding customer service within a fun & dynamic environment

Employee scheduling and labour management

Maintain strong working relationships with Head Office

Meet and exceed Optical sales targets

Provide optical training to staff

Take measurements, fit, adjust, repair & dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses and specialty eyewear, based on province

Order and receive product

Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring :

Provincially licensed within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience

Management experience is an asset

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management capabilities

Enthusiastic and concise communication to meet & exceed customer expectations

A love for fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry
