En tant que technicien en ingénierie II, vous soutiendrez les activités d'ingénierie telles que l'assemblage, la fabrication, la modification, l'essai et la validation des gabarits d'essai, des montages et des testeurs de câbles, ainsi que la conception et l'essai.
Vous travaillerez également à partir de schémas, de diagrammes, de descriptions écrites et verbales, d'agencements ou de plans définis pour assembler et exécuter des fonctions d'essai, de validation et de dépannage d'un niveau modérément difficile et vous effectuerez des essais opérationnels et isolerez les pannes sur les systèmes et l'équipement.

Exigences obligatoires:
  • Maîtrise du français (écrit, lu et parlé)
  • Assemblage de dispositifs mécaniques
  • Connaissance de l'électronique (niveau carte et système)
  • Compétences informatiques et connaissance de l'installation de logiciels
 
Principales responsabilités:
  • Assembler divers montages qui soutiennent les essais de fabrication et la validation des produits techniques.
  • Construire, calibrer, entretenir, dépanner et réparer divers appareils.
  • Démontre ses connaissances techniques et son expérience pour anticiper et résoudre les problèmes.
  • Travailler à partir de schémas, de diagrammes, de croquis et de concepts pour assembler des pièces finies pour les gabarits d'essai, les montages et les testeurs de câbles.
  • Aider au débogage de divers montages.
  • Capacité à travailler avec divers outils qui aident à l'assemblage des montages.
  • Assister les ingénieurs dans la construction de montages électromécaniques, y compris l'assemblage final, le câblage électrique et le fonctionnement de l'équipement électronique de soutien tel que les oscilloscopes, les alimentations et les PC.
  • Mettre en place, conduire et enregistrer les informations relatives aux tests des composants et des systèmes.
  • Préparer des rapports, des graphiques et d'autres analyses techniques sur des feuilles de calcul et d'autres formats générés par PC.
  • Produire minutieusement la documentation requise dans les délais prescrits par l'équipe d'ingénierie.
  • Organiser et entretenir les installations et l'équipement du laboratoire.
  • Soutenir les essais pilotes de l'ingénierie concernant la fixation.
  • Maintenir des compétences de communication efficaces, une éthique de travail et une coopération avec les pairs et les ingénieurs.
