Purpose of the position

Our AVA building in Montreal is currently looking for a resident concierge. Are you said to be versatile, agile with your hands and have a keen sense of organization? You are exactly the person we are looking for Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required Maintain a clean working environment Maintain property spaces and systems Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances Be available to respond to emergencies Other Related Tasks Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym Distribution of communications to tenants

The ideal person has :

Good organizational skills Good physical capacity Dynamism Patience and empathy Versatility Experience in painting, plumbing and basic electricity Sense of autonomy developed, takes initiatives, organized, committed and creative Good priority management and adaptability

Required qualifications :

DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
