Alteo is looking for a Compliance and Data Protection Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Your main role will be to ensure that the company complies with its customers' legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in terms of regulatory watch, contractual review and data protection management in line with current regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Watch
    • Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments relevant to each customer
    • Analyze the impact of these developments on the company's activities
    • Implement internal communication mechanisms to ensure compliance
  • Contract review
    • Review customer contracts to identify compliance obligations
    • Work with legal teams to negotiate compliance clauses where necessary
    • Ensure contractual commitments are respected
  • Data Protection Management
    • Develop and implement a data protection management framework compliant with regulations (e.g. RGPD)
    • Oversee the collection, storage and processing of personal data in accordance with legal requirements
    • Respond to customer queries on data protection issues
    • Manage data protection-related compliance for customers located outside the EU, taking into account the legal requirements specific to these regions
    • Collaborate with local experts as required to ensure compliance
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare compliance reports for management and customers
    • Communicate proactively on compliance issues with internal and external stakeholders
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
  • 4-8 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the electronic payment industry

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire Conformité et Protection des Données pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Votre rôle principal sera de garantir que l'entreprise se conforme aux exigences légales et réglementaires de ses clients, en particulier en matière de veille réglementaire, de revue contractuelle et de gestion de la protection des données conformément aux règlementations en cours.

Responsabilités:
  • Veille Réglementaire
    • Surveiller et suivre les évolutions législatives et réglementaires pertinentes pour chaque client
    • Analyser l'impact de ces évolutions sur les activités de l'entreprise
    • Mettre en place des mécanismes de communication internes pour assurer la conformité
  • Revue Contractuelle
    • Examiner les contrats clients pour identifier les obligations en matière de conformité
    • Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques pour négocier des clauses de conformité lorsque nécessaire
    • S'assurer que les engagements contractuels sont respectés
  • Gestion de la Protection des Données
    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un cadre de gestion de la protection des données conforme au règlementations (ex. RGPD)
    • Superviser la collecte, le stockage et le traitement des données personnelles conformément aux exigences légales
    • Répondre aux demandes des clients en matière de protection des données
    • Gérer la conformité liée à la protection des données pour les clients situés en dehors de l'UE, en tenant compte des exigences légales spécifiques à ces régions
    • Collaborer avec des experts locaux au besoin pour garantir la conformité
  • Rapports et Communication
    • Préparer des rapports de conformité pour la direction et les clients
    • Communiquer de manière proactive sur les questions de conformité avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
Profil:
  • BAC en TI ou l'équivalent
  • 4-8 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de la monétique
