Job Description

AIM is currently looking for a customer service clerk to fill its team in its St-Augustin branch. The position holder must perform the necessary tasks to provide outstanding customer service as well as respond to the administrative aspect.

Scale-related tasks:

  • Weigh the material;
  • Make delivery notes in TRUX and Recy software;
  • Prepare shipping and receiving papers;
  • Track shipments of materials;
  • Prepare reports;
  • Perform all other related tasks related to the position.


Customer service-related tasks:

  • Answer the phone and enter data relating to the requested transportation information;
  • Enter information relating to the need for container rental into the TRUX computer system; Provide excellent customer service to suppliers as well as customers;
  • Perform all other related tasks related to the position.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
  • Experience in the transport and/or metal recovery sector. (An advantage)

  • Team player, relational skills;
  • Hardworking, responsible, available and autonomous;
  • Have a sense of organization;
  • As well as a contagious smile :)


Additional Information

  • Hourly wage starting at $19 ;
  • Full-time and permanent position;
  • Schedule Monday to Friday from 8H30-17H.
