Tomlinson is looking for an individual to fill a Quarry Person/Operator position within our quarries within in the Ottawa area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain roadways Be able to operate any type of equipment when required Be able to help around plant when needed Documenting all repairs performed each shift and making note of any upcoming repairs required (Preventative Maintenance) Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment. Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner

WORKING CONDITIONS

Noisy and dusty environment Rough (bumpy) driving conditions Typical work day is 10-12 hours with occasional weekend and night shift requirements

EXPERIENCE

2+ years of operator experience is an asset
