Reporting: This positionwill report directly to the Hopewell Design Studio Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Calendly automated appointment booking system, updating all Calendly calendars with Consultant schedules every two weeks Manage all “special request” appointment requirements with support of HDS management Set up documentation with client information in advance of appointments Create and send DocuSign addendums/guide to customers, with follow-ups as needed Facilitate post-appointment communications between homeowners and Design Consultants Complete customer reselection appointments as required, recommending interior items to suit the customer’s overall palette and budget Support with discontinuations of materials/selections by supporting with change orders, ordering samples, and updating internal documentation Collect and provide hi-res product images to Hopewell departments as required Deliver palette samples to show homes and label each one as required Send Change Order emails to customers, tracking responses and following up as required Monitor interdepartmental processes, ensuring that deadlines are met Be main point of contact for Construction Admin for file reviews, liaising with Design Consultants as needed Build and maintain library of processes Additional responsibilities as requiredAbout You:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Decorating; Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented priorities; Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines; Experience in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently; Ability to multi-task and manage high priority projects; Previous experience within the design or residential construction industry considered an asset; A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; Knowledge of and interest in working with both designers and customersWorking Conditions:
Traditional core office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will occasionally require attendance at events and show home openings outside of regular work hours, including evenings and weekends. Some travel will be required.
