Le rôle
L’analyste-programmeur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a comme objectif principal de maintenir et de faire évoluer les solutions Business Central développées par JOVACO, mais aussi de personnaliser les solutions en fonction des besoins spécifiques des clients et des processus internes.
Les responsabilités
Analyser les développements interagissant avec Business Central à la suite de demandes de l’interne et des clients; Développer des interfaces utilisateurs qui interagissent avec les modules existants de Business Central; Développer des intégrations avec d’autres systèmes de nos clients; Développer des rapports et des requêtes; Concevoir et effectuer des tests afin de livrer aux clients des produits de qualité; Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes de développement et conseil de Business Central; Rédiger la documentation des versions et des plans de tests des personnalisations afin que les conseillers et les développeurs puissent installer et tester les différents développements; Planifier les tâches de l’équipe de développement Business Central afin de les prioriser hebdomadairement; Générer les applications des produits et des personnalisations clients.
Les qualifications et compétences recherchées
Diplôme d’études universitaires (bac) en informatique; 5 ans d’expérience en programmation dont 2 ans d’expérience en analyse; Démontrer les valeurs de JOVACO au quotidien : Authenticité, Humanisme, Fiabilité, Savoir-faire; Excellent esprit analytique; Être organisé et capable de gérer de multiples priorités simultanément; Être à l’affût des nouveautés en matière de produits de développement; Sens de responsabilisation et de gestion/résolution de problèmes; Excellente communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais*; Bonnes connaissances du langage AL et du produit Business Central; Bonnes connaissances de Visual Studio ou VS Code; Bonnes connaissances des API et services web; Expérience avec Azure DevOps; Connaissance des suites bureautiques Microsoft 365 (Office).* L’anglais est requis puisque nous sommes appelés à communiquer et collaborer avec des clients et des partenaires anglophones au Québec et à l’extérieur du Québec dans le cadre de notre travail.
